
Responsible for the operational management of Worklessness Programmes.
Responsible for the operational management of the ILM and ETF programmes.
Develop, implement and monitor the quality framework for all adult contracts delivered and secured by Connexions Staffordshire.
Manage the self assessment process and monitor subsequent development plans for all adult contracts.
Manage and co-ordinate all external assessments for Connexions Staffordshire and act as company representative.
Manage the user feedback systems for Connexions Staffordshire to ensure that all feedback is collated and acted upon at all levels.
Support the Senior Management in developing a thorough and successful self assessment process for Connexions core services based on the Every Child Matters framework.
Develop, implement and monitor business processes to ensure they are sufficiently robust for all interested parties, including recruitment and selection procedures and individual performance reviews based on a balanced scorecard approach.
Compile a Self Assessment Report and subsequent Development Plan based on the Common Inspection Framework for all New Deal provision and to ensure that the SAR is always fully accurate. Maintain all ISO procedures to ensure continuing ISO 9001 – 2000 accreditation.
Lead Connexions Staffordshire (Adult Division) successfully through Matrix Quality Award accreditation.
